The Curiously Organic Mint
Stinky hippies of the world rejoice! Newman’s Own Organics’ has added four flavors of organic mints to it’s product line. This is great news for vegans who don’t want to buy gelatin laced Altoids, but who don’t want to smell like a water buffalo fart either.
The Cinnamon, Ginger, Peppermint and Wintergreen varieties come in a curiously familiar metal tin and feature colorful cover designs that ride the line between tattoo flash and Celestial Seasonings box art. All feature organic sweetners, and natural flavors , and though they might not win many points in the ’strong’ category, popping a couple in your mouth will make you forget that tofu quiche you had for lunch.
