‘Smells like Super Tuesday’ Pre-Super Tuesday Super Roundup
When in Doubt, Cry. Hillary Clinton is a close first or close second in many national polls, so naturally, she is pulling out all the stops today. At a campaign event at Yale University, Hillary got all weepy while being introduced by public interest lawyer and long time associate Penn Rhodeen. While such showings of emotion are understandable, even laudable, the circumstances and timing of said display is a little too familiar to be taken all that seriously.
Over on the Republican side, Rick “Man on Dog” Santorum is taking a break from imagining bizarre sexual scenarios to record a message for Mitt Romney blasting McCain’s temperament. When you think about it, if people are allowed to vote for John McCain, what’s to stop them from voting for a Democrat, or two Democrats… or a Democrat and a dog… or a Democrat, a Libertarian, a monkey and two goats… We could keep going all day.
