Yesterday the Washington Post ran this really nice tribute to Mildred Loving, who along with her husband Richard in 1967 challenged for the right to marry interracially, and won it in a famous U.S. Supreme Court case in 1967 that overturned anti-interracial marriage laws across the country. She was pretty remarkable; she died on Friday at 68.
