Pinko Magazine Hedonism + Activism

I’m at the Netroots Nation political bloggers convention and there are rumors of a “special guest” this morning. Since Barack Obama left to go join Al Qaeda the assumption is that it’s Al Gore. It occurred to me in bed this morning that maybe I had coined a new, never thought of term: Goregasm, i.e. a joyful moment of recognition that you just reduced your carbon footprint. How brilliant! I marveled at my intellect. As it turns out, I wasn’t the first person to think it up. I trail far behind the founders of goregasm.com, who have no interest in global warming: Goregasm is a site with “20 new shocking, funny and sexy media items” such as a video of an Iraqi boy burning his hand with a cigarette and a video from Canada of an elderly woman being attacked in a grocery store. 

So good pun, but nothing new. Anyway I’ll hopefully be writing with more updates today, but as a reward for reading this email I’ll leave you with a video by that ultimate pinko rapper himself, Big Pun.
