How many houses do you own?
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in an interview Wednesday that he was uncertain how many houses he and his wife, Cindy, own. “I think — I’ll have my staff get to you,” McCain told Politico in Las Cruces, N.M. “It’s condominiums where — I’ll have them get to you.”
Jesus fuck! Ugh. I am salivating over the ads you could run with this. Ugh. Also whoever texted me at 4:20AM to say that Cheech Marin was Barack Obama’s running mate please stop.
Update: Barack Obama responds with this dull, toothless attack ad. Just kidding. It’s actually pretty brutal.

According to this video, here are some of John McCain’s homes:
(1) A condo in Arlington, VA — okay, he’s a US Senator
(2) A condo in Phoenix — okay, he represents that state
(3) A vacation home in Sedona, AZ — okay, he is rich
BUT THEN … he has 2 vacation condos in Coronado and 1 vacation condo in La Jolla. Not only are these both in California, but they’re BOTH in SAN DIEGO COUNTY!!! Dude, why do you need 3 different vacation homes in the same county in the same state?????????????
For the record, I own one condo — but it’s in a sketchy neighborhood. And I live there. And my 4-year-old nephew suddenly made me feel like shit when he said, “Uncle Paul, your bed is in the kitchen.” Yeah, it’s a studio apartment.
Does my car count as a home because I live in it? I mean, I get wifi when I park in the right neighborhood…
The car counts if you actually own it outright.
It gets better: the McCains owe back taxes on their La Jolla property. I guess it’s hard to keep track of your expenses when you’re so rich.
