If you are one of the 13 people who still own your home and if that home is located in Vermont, you win! According to the New York Times, your electricity just might come from cow manure. Dairy farms have begun stockpiling the manure, fermenting it into methane, and then using fermented farts to turn a generator. The electricity powers the farms and the surplus sold to the local power grid. Who knew?
It seems that bullshit can actually power people’s homes, not just foreclose them.
