Open thread about hunger.
Last week was world food day. Sadly, I only noticed it when I checked out Michael Kleinman’s blog, which really does put a damper on my humanitarian credentials, and makes me wonder: In all the election madness and Plumber-based economic punditry, what about hunger? Maybe Jeffery Sachs can tell us? Can the developing world survive a McCain spending freeze? What are your ideas for better food policy? Let’s hear from the Pinkos!
