Tuesday! It’s Tuesday!
PINKO DAILY BRIEFS: First some exciting site news. Huffington Post will be cross-posting all of our “Swinging Grandma” and “Pinko Door to Door” features from here until Election Day as part of their Off the Bus project. Thanks to the brilliant Amanda Michel for making it happen. A few quick items, starting with the drawing of some serious battle lines. The McCain campaign is pulling out of New Mexico, Colorado and Iowa and basing their entire campaign on a come-from-behind win in Pennsylvania. Anyone else scared of racism winning the day and a McCaingerous Keystone upset? Also Obama’s grandmother is ill which could take him off the campaign trail at the end of the week. Second guessing in 3 … 2 … 1. What’s a worried Pinko to do but eat a 15-pound cheeseburger and win $400. Lastly, some wild strategies for dealing with those spent batteries lying around the house.
Oh! After the jump, watch this great video from designer Lucas Grey about Why Obama in ‘08. It’s a good piece to send to some fence-sitting family and a succinct but substantive look on Obama v. McCain on three big issues — environment, energy and the economy.

two weeks!
OMG that’s the greatest ad for OBAMA that I’ve seen yet.
You should send this to the DNC, DCCC, and Obama campaign and get them to use it on broadcast TV. Hope you don’t mind me quoting you when I call for the Obama campaign - you’ve put it all so well and so concretely.
Bravo!
