Recently we have seen moderate Republicans starting to distance themselves from John McCain and reach across the eisle to grab any scraps of hopeyness that aren’t nailed down. Remember Norm Coleman’s “Hope Express” tour?
Considering how things are looking for the Democrats this cycle, this is all very understandable. But what does it say when John McCain starts using Obama as a character witness?
I don’t get it. Is McCain paling around with terrorists now? I’m so confused!
