Top three things Republicans secretly got right about the Obama campaign.
Canvassing in Wisconsin I have those moments of secret fear and even shame that all the stereotypes about liberals are rooted in truth. Last week I blogged about a woman who didn’t want to vote for Obama because she thought America would turn into a loud black “jungle boogie” paradise. Then the next day this guy came in, put his uhm, it’s a stereo “ghetto-blaster” on my desk, and started dancing around the office to “Obama Star.” The elderly lady was right! And you know what? Screw you elderly lady, we’re having more fun. Three other stereotypes my experience has proven to be completely, 100% true:
1) Liberals hate America and love domestic terrorists. Here’s the guy who works our sign in desk, and his choice down-time reading.
2) Union Liberals are nothing but organized criminals. Look, I don’t know where all these sodas and boxes of Entenmanns come from. I don’t know if we even know the name of the guy who brings them. They just show up. By the palate.
3) Liberals are Islamic thugs. Hey, I ride my bicycle around Milwaukee! It’s cold and I need to protect my face! I was going to justify this by saying that it’s NOT a ski mask, it’s a balaclava - but I guess that sounds foreign enough to be Arab or something.
