cheerios Order Ambien Without A Prescription, On May 5, 2009, the Food and Drug Administration send a letter to General Mills warning that its popular product, Cheerios, was being advertised inappropriately as being "healthy." Specifically, Cheerios is advertised for the possible health benefit of lowering cholesterol  and reducing the risk of certain cancers under some circumstances.

I'm no lawyer, auxiliary label ambien, Pictures of ambien zolpidem, but the reasoning seems to be a bit of a stretch:  You advertise that your product can lower cholesterol (a true statement approved by the FDA, incidentally).  High cholesterol levels is a symptom a disease, vertigo ambien, Free ambien, hypercholesterolemia.  Therefore you are advertising that your product treats a disease.  You have not submitted an application for approval by the FDA that your product or its ingredients indeed treats a disease.  Therefore you are in violation of FDA regulations.  Further, you have the gall to insist that eating your product is healthy and can avoid all the worst maladies of the modern human condition including cancer, long short term memory loss ambien, Next day ambien prescription on line, AIDS, heart disease, stop hot flashes now ambien, Pfizer connection to care ambien, Herpes, erectile dysfunction, ambien wife sex, Aneurysm ambien, AIDS, and sporadic sphincter failure.  So please stop saying that your product is healthy even though we at the FDA have already said that it actually is, ambien price online qoclick. Ambien lunesta headache, Admittedly, there are some issues with the size, ambien sleep driving, Paxil ambien, placement and content of the claim made on Cheerios boxes, but seriously.  Is it better to eat foods containing whole grain ingredients than not?  Even if I eat bacon cheeseburgers for lunch and pizza for dinner every day, generic name for ambien cr, Lunestra ambien switch, am I still not at least a little better off by eating Cheerios for breakfast.

To extend the apparent logic here, ambien sets in, Ambien buy online with presription, may we expect warning letters from the FDA to the Milk Marketing Board for claiming that drinking milk promotes stronger bones (or treating osteoporosis)?  Or to orange growers for claiming that the vitamins found in oranges and orange juice strengthens the immune system (or treats unspecified immunodeficiencies)?  Or to Alaska fishermen on the Discovery Channel for claiming that eating ocean seafood enhances brain function (or treats stupidity, even if it's a little stupid to be a Bering Sea fisherman anyway)?  Is the vegan co-op around the corner allowed to say that a vegetarian diet is healthy (or treats the state of, cva ambien recovery, Oxycontin ambien, uh, umm, ambien online canada, Ambien cr vision, nothealthy)?  The last disclaimer as approved by the FDA would be just great:  "A balanced vegetarian diet of fruits, vegetables, ambien damage permanent or temporary, Buy ambien 90 mg, nuts and whole grains might be healthier than an unbalanced diet without those things."

I have a feeling that the author of this letter, Mr, affects of ambien. W. Charles Becoat, may find his future employment prospects aligned with those of Louis Caldera, the White House schmuck who thought it would be fun to crash Air Force One into the Statue of Liberty without telling anyone.  Or not.  In the latter case, I'm moving to Uruguay.  And there I will eat no Cheerios and lots of bacon cheeseburgers.  If they have bacon cheesburgers in Uruguay..
